Learning to Be Me: Printer Tray Wall Art

This was another project I did for therapeutic reasons. The idea was learning how to love myself again. I used pictures from various times in my life and pictures that I actually liked of myself. The printer tray was from 7 Gypsies that I had gotten years earlier. What will you make as wall art that you see frequently and can learn to say, "I like me," tell me in the comments, I would love to know, better yet share a picture!

Bigfoot's Little Doughnuts, Lego Store Free Play and Flying Standby

I just wanted to share a few entries from my Because Moments Matter Journal for last week. I got to visit my daughter and her family in Alabama so here are a few of our moments. On this trip to Alabama I ended up getting stuck in Jacksonville and had a bit of an emotional meltdown because the situation just kept getting worse a...

I was an empty nester with depression and a very boring life and didn't feel like I had anything to scrapbook any more. I got inspired a few times, first with a book I got from the library and I tried doing what I was calling Dot Journaling which was basically doing a bullet point list of what I did in my day and then would add photos if I had any and add a few embellishments. But then I saw how boring my life was and I gave up. I saw a few other ways people were scrapbooking and found them interesting but again, I had a dull and depressed life and I didn't want to scrap...
