Organize in ‘25: Organize Your Patterned Paper

Patterned paper—it's beautiful, inspiring, and… sometimes overwhelming to organize! Years ago, when I first got my organizing drawers from The Container Store, I had one drawer for cardstock and one for patterned paper. But, as my collection grew (as all good collections do!), I needed a better system.

Today, I’m sharing how I store my patterned paper using one of my favorite IKEA shelves. I keep my papers organized in bins using large zip-top bags (leftover from Close To My Heart), and I label each one by paper suite or theme. Some papers don’t belong to a suite, so I categorize them in different ways—like my black-and-white paper collection at the back of the bins.

This system keeps my stash visible, accessible, and easy to use! I’d love to hear how you store your patterned paper—are you happy with your system, or are you thinking about reorganizing? Let’s chat in the comments!
